Dr. Loder has been a faculty member at the University of New Hampshire since 1972. He is a professor in the Department of Earth Sciences where he teaches classes in the field of chemical oceanography, and a member of the Institute for the Study of Earth, Oceans, and Space.

He has had a life long casual interest in UFOs and related energy issues and began serious study of these issues after learning they were real from a trusted government witness in the mid 1990s. In 1997, Dr. Loder attended a closed congressional briefing on UFOs in Washington DC, as representative of the Gov. of New Hampshire. He met top-secret military witnesses who described events they observed to members of Congress and Senate.

Subsequently, Dr. Loder has worked closely on a number of related projects with the Disclosure Project. He has briefed NASA and NSF scientists as well as Congressional and Senatorial staff members. He has lectured on UFO and related energy issues at the University of New Hampshire and to private groups. He has spent many weeks doing UFO field research.

In October, 2000, at the request of Senator Bob Smith (R-NH), Dr. Loder organized and coordinated with six other energy experts, a briefing for the U.S. Senate Environment and Public Works Committee on the subject of "Outside-the-Box" technologies, their critical role in environmental trends, and the unnecessary energy crisis.

This talk summarizes a brief history of antigravity research in the US and how research activity seemed to disappear by the mid 1950s.  It then addresses recently reported scientific findings and witness testimony which show us this research & technology is alive and well and very advanced.Ultimately, revelations of this research will dramatically change our 20th century view of physics and technology and must be considered in planning for energy & transportation needs in the 21st century! www.seaspower.com
