THE ROMANEK CASE:

STAN ROMANEK, 40, is a native of Colorado, married with three children. Stan has displayed many natural talents from a graphic artist to an expert flute player, and past IQ testing scored him in the genius range, yet ironically, his lifelong dyslexia has limited his academic ability. On December 27, 2000, Stan had the first of many UFO sightings and encounters that have challenged his sense of reality, and that of his family. Though Stan has little education in math, an amazing series of mathematical equations emerged both during and after a hypnotic regression that seem connected to his UFO experiences. DEBORAH LINDEMANN is a registered clinical hypnotherapist with a private practice in Colorado, and founder of the Center For Extraordinary Explorations. Her UFO research began in 1985. Since then, she has worked with hundreds of encounter cases. In April of 2002, MUFON referred Stan Romanek to Deborah for hypnotherapy. Deborah has found Stan’s case to be one of the most profound UFO cases to date, with multiples witnesses, physical evidence and possible prophetic implications. Deborah shares numerous poignant video clips from her regression with Stan.

Dr. JACK KASHER is professor emeritus of physics and astronomy at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. From 1975-1992 he was a consultant at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in Livermore, California, where he specialized in electromagnetic theory and did work on the Star Wars defense system. Dr. Kasher is a consultant, state director, and central regional director for MUFON, and has spoken more than two hundred times on UFOs.

Dr. Kasher will interpret as thoroughly as possible the two pages of symbols and mathematical equations written by Stan Romanek. The first page (written after a hypnosis session) includes references to helium, element 115, one of Maxwell’s four equations from electromagnetic theory, diagrams of the constellation Orion and our solar system, the Drake equation, and several other symbols. The second page (written at night while sleepwalking) has a series of equations that appear to be related to quantum gravity.
