Richard Dolan explains the cost in terms of politics, economics, technology and the very essence of our being.
Richard M. Dolan is an author, researcher and historian. Prior to his interest in anomalous phenomena, Dolan studied US Cold War strategy, Soviet history, and international diplomacy with a degree from Oxford University among his accomplishments.
The release in 2000 of a 500-page study, UFOs and the National Security State is the first volume of a two-part historical narrative of the national security dimensions of the UFO phenomenon from 1941 to the present. Included are the records relating to more than 50 military base air space violations by unknown objects, demonstrating that the US military has taken the topic of UFOs seriously indeed.
Dolan’s work has had widespread media coverage on the History Channel, Sci Fi Channel, BBC and European networks as well as radio programs like Coast to Coast. In 2006, he hosted the Sci-Fi channel series, “Sci Fi Investigates”. Richard Dolan continues to research and write volume two of UFOs and the National Security State. He lives in Rochester, New York.
