Professor James M. McCanney, M.S. is a Physicist who has spent three decades researching the electrical nature of the solar system and universe.  His innovative theoretical work shows the standard theories for the origin of the planets and moons as well as that standard theory for comets (the dirty snow ball comet model) are entirely incorrect.  He has shown with space craft data that comets are a complex electrical discharge of "the solar capacitor" and that the larger comets are building up matter, with some eventually becoming planets or moons.  Our past on earth has been affected many times by the close passage of celestial intruders (the extra-solar system objects) and his work shows that in the future we will be affected again.  This gives man a new value that "time is a limited resource" and must be used wisely, or we will be doomed to the same fate as previous civilizations to be sent back to near extinction on this planet.
