Kenn Thomas publishes “Steamshovel Press”, a magazine which regularly examines conspiracies and parapolitics, including the world-wide UFO cover up. His new book “Flying Saucers Over Los Angeles” includes first-hand oral histories of many early witnesses and important personalities from the first modern wave of sightings, as well as many of the press accounts (and distortions). This book emerged as part of another book entitled “Maury Island UFO”. The 1947 Maury Island case connects UFO lore with the history of covert intelligence activities in ways that span generations. Kenn also discusses this history and how it relates to “Flying Saucers Over Los Angeles”, and how flying saucer history interconnects with that of the intelligence apparatus of the national security state.
