Dan Sheehan is a social activist who has spent his life working on progressive social programs and initiatives. He is best known as the attorney who litigated many high profile cases, including the Karen Silkwood suit against the Kerr-McGee Corp. in 1979! He established the Christic Institute in Washington, D.C., which for nearly two decades was the country's pre-eminent public-interest law firm. In 1994 Dan defended Dr. John Mack before his inquisition by an Investigative Panel of the Harvard Medical School. This was not his first, nor his last, encounter with the important issue of Alien Intelligence and American Law! In 1977 Dan was General Counsel to The U.S. Jesuit Headquarters National Office of Social Ministry. There he served as a Special Consultant to the U.S. Library of Congress' Congressional Research Office Project on ET Intelligence ordered by Pres. Carter. In this capacity, he had access both to classified portions of the Air Force's infamous "Project Blue Book" files and the confidential Report ultimately prepared for Congress’s Science & Technology Committee.
