Born and raised in Minnesota, Wendelle Stevens enlisted in the Army shortly after high school. During his long career in the military, one of his assignments was the supervision of a highly classified team of technical specialists installing hi-tech data collecting equipment aboard the SAC B-29s of the Ptarmigon Project. This equipment was designed to capture, record and analyze all EMF emissions in the Arctic, photograph all anomolous phenomena, and record all disturbances in the electrical and engine systems of the aircraft – looking for external influences caused by UFOs. This effort was quite productive, and the data was courierred nightly to Washington. Unable to possess any of this information for himself, Stevens, began his own personal research and collection effort, eventually amassing the largest private collection of UFO photographs in the world – over 3,000 of them. He began to publish reports on the events, and of his own investigations. To date, he has published more than 22 books. He continues his investigations at his own expense, still seeking answers to many questions raised by this phenomenon. Stevens has been a Director of the International UFO Congress since its inception.

Wendelle's presentation this year is based on the results of 2+ years of new research. He demonstrates that a number of the supposed UFO sightings and events reported around the world as far back as the 1940s could be observations of circular flying objects designed and constructed on this planet. Photographs & diagrams of some of the earth-made flying discs are shown, and testimonies of still living witnesses are shared.
