Hidden behind the Iron Curtain, frozen by the cold war, UFO information is now pouring out of the former Soviet Union. Lt. Colonel Arvid Mordvine-Chtchodoro first became interested in UFOs after reading reports from pilots and Soviet officials. Today, he is Chairman of the Commission for UFO Studies attached to the Geographic Society of the Academy of Sciences and his reports of unidentified aerial phenomena.
