Richard M. Dolan holds an MA in History from the University of Rochester and a BA from Alfred University. He earned a Certificate in Political Theory from Oxford University and was a Rhodes Scholar finalist. In 2000, he published a 500-page study, UFOs and the National Security State. This is the first of a two-part historical narrative of the national security dimensions of the UFO phenomenon from 1941 to the present. Included are records of more than 50 military bases relating to innumerable violations of airspace by unknown objects, illustrating that the US takes the topic of UFOs seriously.

Dolan has published numerous articles on anomalous phenomena, science, & the intelligence community for UFO Magazine. UFO Disclosure: Possible Scenarios and Outcomes Since the end of World War II, each decade has brought forth a major effort to end UFO secrecy, all of which have ended in failure.
