Philip Mantle is an international author, lecturer & broadcaster on the UFO subject. He is co-author (with Michael Hesemann) of “BEYOND ROSWELL” and co-author (with Carl Nagaitis) of “WITHOUT CONSENT”. He has over 20 years experience in UFO research and investigation and is the former Director of Investigations for the British UFO Research Association, and was the MUFON Representative for England for 10 years.

”WITHOUT CONSENT”, the story of missing time and abduction accounts from the UK. The book of the same title was the first book to deal entirely with missing time and abduction accounts in the UK. This presentation will highlight some of the main missing time and abduction cases in the UK as well as look at the different approaches to the subject by UK researchers.
