Haktan Akdogan, pioneering Turkish UFO researcher, was born in Izmir, Turkey. He is fluent in English, French and Turkish. Akdogan’s curiosity about the mystery of Space drew him to this field since his childhood. His interest in science fiction books and movies laid the grounds for his research on these fields. It has been now 18 years that he has been continuing his scientific research on the subject and participating in worldwide UFO events.

In 1996, he prepared a weekly documentary on UFOs , which was broadcast on two different national TV channels, and has also hosted a weekly Radio program about UFOs for a year. Akdogan founded “Sirius UFO Space Sciences Research Centre” in 1998. For about 4 years, the Centre has been involved in intensive studies on the subject and initiated many International Events. Apart from the Centre’s studies, Haktan Akdogan is continuing to give conferences on the subject both in Turkey and abroad.

Akdogan is also the founder of the world’s fourth International UFO Museum opened in Istanbul, Turkey in 2002. He is the co-founder of “ SIRIUS Publishing House” which publishes UFO & New Age related books by the world’s leading scientists, researchers, abductees and contactees in Turkish.

The amazing UFO- METEOR incident : Recently in Turkey; a meteor that entered into the atmosphere, was broken into pieces and rendered ineffective by a UFO.. This incident, which could be considered as one of the most prominent events in history, was witnessed by 4 airliners in the air and 2 from the ground and by many other witnesses, and was also documented by an amateur video camera from the ground! Haktan shares this incredible incident in detail with a lots of evidence and visual materials. Also, some other important UFO Sightings with amazing daylight video footages during 2002 and 2003, which were all over on the News nationwide...
